Keeping your Happiness

Every day we have something to be happy for. We are alive, and our partners, our friends and our pets are alive. We may also get a seat on the bus or the train; we have food and water, we discover a new coffee shop, or the car comes back from the mechanic, and there is less cost than we thought as not so much had to be repaired.

There is all manner of things to be grateful for. 

We need to reinforce the success of things we are grateful for, and to do that; the best thing is to write them down. There is a connection between the physical act of writing and the intention and thoughts that drive our hand to form the letters that make the words and give birth to our ideas on a piece of paper.

The piece of paper should not have a date or time on it. It is not essential when the events you are recording that made you happy occurred. It is that they did, and you are recording it.

Some people will cut the piece of paper into strips or small sections and store them in a shoebox or a jar—something that can be looked at or into. Looking in the shoebox or the jar and taking out a piece of paper and reading it, looking again at the happiness described on it reinforces both the joy expressed on the piece of paper and the gratitude for the happy events you recorded.

When do you take out a pen and paper to record happy events and the gratitude you feel? Well, it can be anywhere, anytime. You don’t; even have to write it on paper when it first happened. Let’s say you receive a promotion or some form of recognition. You can take out your smartphone, open the Note Taking app, and record your feelings of happiness and gratitude. Later, when you get home, you can write that note out on a piece of paper and put the paper in the shoebox or jar.

Infuse the happiness and gratitude stored in eth shoebox or jar with Reiki. Reiki energy will not only recognize the joy and gratitude in your thoughts when you wrote on your piece of paper. It will help you manifest the happier events to record on pieces of paper and will help you manifest good things to manifest. It will help you recognize and be grateful for what you have, not what you think you need. Because when you manifest good things in your life, change takes place.

That change is within you, it is within your life, and an abundance of good things has a positive impact on you and takes your thoughts away from negative thoughts and unhappiness.
