I Forgave

As we move through life, looking back or looking around and saying “I Forgave” is or should be important for us. There will always be situations that are trying and testing, emotionally taxing, and seem unjustified. If we look around as say I do not understand why this is happening to ME!” we have missed the point.

We have missed why we have been given the opportunity to learn from it. Imagine for a moment a new relationship appears and there seems to be so much right about the other person. Then, there is something wrong that comes to the surface. At least it is disruptive to us, they are behaving as they feel is right for them, regardless of how it hurts us. They may not even be aware of what it is doing to us.

If we do not express our hurt and frustration, they will never know how we felt and the damage they are doing. If we do speak up, they still may not change their behaviour because they see now reason to change, or they may not see what the feelings they are inflicting on us a being damaging.

When eventually we look back and see what happened, forgiving them, even if we do not communicate forgiveness to them, it is important because when we think about them if we have not forgiven them, what hurt us in the past, will hurt us again.

When we have emotional challenges and hurt a blockage, or blockages appear in the Heart, Throat or Crown chakra and will be detected by a Reiki Practitioner. If you are a practitioner or attuned, you will be able to sense these blockages.

The Heart Chakra represents your ability to give and receive love, your capacity to love yourself and your sense of compassion and empathy for all beings

Blocked symptoms include heart disease, lung problems, relationship problems, commitment issues, fear of intimacy, being judgmental and an inability to feel compassion and you’ll struggle to relate to other people. You will be less compassionate than usual and may be impatient. You’ll commonly find it harder than usual to trust, and you won’t feel at peace. Rather, you’ll feel restless and disgruntled. A blocked Heart Chakra can also manifest physically. Some Chakra experts think such a misalignment may be linked to issues like high blood pressure and low immune system function.

Overloaded symptoms include chest pain, breast problems including cancer, self-sacrificing behaviour, codependency, ignoring your own needs in the constant service of others

Balancing suggestions include taking care of yourself, practicing breathing exercises, doing yoga that opens the chest (back bends) or nurture the heart Childs pose and by loving in better balance, giving and receiving love without sacrificing yourself or taking energy from your other Chakras

This chakra is center for communication, sound, vibration and the TRUTH. Clear expression through vocal expression, drawing, writing and/or musical ability as well as good listening abilities are all part of this balanced chakra. Speaking your truth, hearing and UNDERSTANDING the truth in what others are saying are continued strengths here. Honoring the vibration and rhythm of your voice [spoken voice, written voice, musical voice] aids in the healthy balance of your Throat chakra.

The Throat Chakra represents your ability to communicate, express yourself, listen, speak truth, hear the truth, and understand the meaning behind and beyond words

Blocked symptoms include a weak voice, laryngitis, throat pain, neck pain, stiff neck, jaw pain, hypothyroidism, dental problems, writers block, lack of musical ability and problems expressing yourself, there is an inability to say what you really want to say. You may feel like you’re stuck holding onto secrets. Similarly, you may believe that people don’t want to hear your thoughts, or that you can’t find the right words for your feelings.

Once again, a small blockage may mean you only struggle with self-expression at work, or with a particular friend. Meanwhile, a significant misalignment may mean you constantly feel thwarted in communication. Physically, a blocked Throat Chakra may present with pain in the neck, sensitivity to hormone fluctuations, and discomfort in throat tissue.

Overloaded symptoms include neck problems, hyperthyroidism/ talking too much/ talking too loudly, interrupting, speaking without regard for other people’s feelings

Balancing suggestions include singing, humming, listening to music, writing talking to people, listening to people, practicing silence, getting a shoulder and neck massage.

The Crown Chakra is where the ‘real you’ comes together in that it reflects the human spirit – higher brain function, our connection with the higher power or universal energy, and also our ability to connect to the ‘big picture’ in different aspects of our physical world and how our spirituality, our connectedness is reflected in that. The lotus flower is associated with this chakra as the actual flower is able to extend its system through various depths of water and is rooted in deep, murky, muddy bottom of ponds much as we are sometimes mired in the physical elements of this world and yet able to extend ourselves up to the top of the ‘water’ and produce a beautiful result, connection with our higher Self and Universal Energy. This chakra is depicted with the colour white however is sometimes known as purple.

Represents your intellectual ability, your spirituality, your connection to spirit, God, universe or higher power.

Blocked symptoms are headaches, brain abnormalities, amnesia, feelings of isolation, depression, lack of inspiration and spiritual crisis, you might not see much beauty in the world at all if your Crown Chakra has been disturbed. You may also feel spirituality adrift and experience symptoms of depression. If you’re only starting to develop this type of block, you might just notice a decline in overall excitement or motivation. Physically, a blocked Crown Chakra can also occur at the same time as problems with physical coordination or chronic headaches.

Overloaded symptoms are headaches, addiction to spiritual or intellectual practices, out of body experiences, dissociation with the body, over -intellectualizing and feeling ungrounded

Balancing suggestions include meditating, praying, spiritual study, learning new things, grounding, physical exercises.

Forgiving the ourselves for being part of the situation that caused us hurt, for staying in the situation too long and forgiving them for being the way they are or were at the time.

Forgiveness of ourselves for being in that situation is part of the process. Loving ourselves again and not feeling any blame for allowing it happen, and for lasting as long as it did is another part of the process.

Only you can love yourself. If you are attuned, engage with Reiki to help you become friends with yourself again and then love yourself.

Carry a crystal and hold it in your hand or between your fingers often during the day and sit quietly for those moments if you can and concentrate on your inner heart and the love you have for yourself.

Blue Moon Thankfulness

Being aware of celestial events and happenings such as a Blue moon is important. Celestial events such as this are dates when things happen in the cosmos that affect us and are also opportunities to gather energy from the universe and which help us in our lives, both physically and Spiritually.

There is a Blue Moon on October 31, 2020. It’ll be called a Blue Moon because it’ll be the 2nd of 2 full moons in a single calendar month. October 31st is also Halloween, a time when the energy of the spirt world is closest to ours.

The Moon is not Blue, of course, it is still silvery white and reflecting the light of the sun down on us to brighten our evenings. So, if you see images of the moon that show it as being blue, the image was taken or manipulated with blue filters.

But you may see a Blue Moon when conditions are right. A Blue Moon in this case is caused by smoke and dust particles in the Earth’s atmosphere that scatter the red wavelengths in light coming from the moon. The result is blue light making through the smoke and haze.

The Blue Moon may also be defined another way, as the third of four full moons in a single season, with a season being between a solstice and equinox. The next seasonal Blue Moon will be August 22, 2021.

When you are attuned to Reiki, you recognize that New Moons are time to meditate and engage with Reiki energy to plant the seeds of manifestation and Full Moons are the time when to reap the harvest from those seeds. A Blue Moon is one special time to make sure the seeds you planted are ready to be harvested and above all, you are open to receive what you have manifested.

At the New Moon, take a piece of paper and write down clearly what it is you wish to manifest. Do not number them because what you are trying to manifest may not appear in the order you write them down.

What you write may include what you do NOT want to happen as well as what you DO want to happen.

Place the piece of paper with your pen resting on it on a window sill where it is in the light of the full moon. Do not worry about clouds and mist, the New Loon is still up there, shinning down on us even if we cannot see it.

Take a quiet moment to meditate on what you have written and be open to Reiki energy infusing the paper and your manifestation desires. If you are attuned to Reiki, speak to your guides to help you with manifestation and being clear on what it is you are asking the Universe to gift you.

In the morning, roll up the piece of paper like a scroll, do not fold it! Put the scroll away.

Moons such as Blue Moon’s or Blood Moons, are associated with a color. The Chakra symbols have a distinctive color. The Root Chakra is Red, the Blood Moon. The Throat Chakra is Blue, the Blue Moon. The Crown Chakra is Purple, and closest to the Pink Moon.  The Solar Plexus Chakra is Yellow, the Yellow Moon. The Sacral Chakra is Orange, the Orange Moon.

On the evening of the full moon, take out the scroll and rest it on the window sill and meditate for a moment on manifestation in general, not anything specific you have written on the paper.

For example, you may want a new vehicle, it may have certain attributes, such as seating you and all your family with all the stuff they usually take with them. It might be really nice if it could be a certain color or a certain style. These things do not speak to the make or model, color or manufacturing year. Be open to the universe gifting you what you need, not necessarily what you have asked for.

It is also time to think of the color of the moon and the Chakra associated with the color.

For the Blue Moon, and your Throat Chakra, channel Reiki energy through your Reiki Guides into that Chakra. Sit quietly, clear busy mind from your thoughts and meditate on the Chakra and the color blue and Blue Moon above you. Call in Reiki Energy and the energy of the moon. With the index finger of one hand, draw the Reiki Power Symbol Chokurey. Focus on te energy it gives you and your meditation.

The Throat Chakra engages – throat, trachea, esophagus, neck, thyroid gland, cervical spine, mouth, jaw, teeth

This chakra is centre for communication, sound, vibration and the TRUTH. Clear expression through vocal expression, drawing, writing and/or musical ability as well as good listening abilities are all part of this balanced chakra. Speaking your truth, hearing and UNDERSTANDING the truth in what others are saying are continued strengths here. Honouring the vibration and rhythm of your voice [spoken voice, written voice, musical voice] aids in the healthy balance of your Throat chakra.

Represents your ability to communicate, express yourself, listen, speak truth, hear the truth, and understand the meaning behind and beyond words

Universal Reiki Energy, the energy of the Blue Moon, have come together to help you with any blockages of your Throat Chakra and also Manifestation. Now take up the scroll and open it. Have a look at what you asked the universe to help manifest. Do not be critical of anything requested that has not appeared.

Using the vehicle example again. If you went shopping for a vehicle but you did not find one suitable for all that is in your list of needs, that is positive. Buying something less than what you want, or need, will not benefit you and will bring with it continual dissatisfaction. You do not need that negativity.

Roll up the scroll and put it away again and take it out at the next full moon!

Remote Reiki

You do not have to have a picture of someone or know them personally to do a Remote or distance Reiki session, but having a name and location is preferable. You will get an impression of them or maybe see lights, colors or a silhouette.

First, visualize the person and if you have their verbal permission draw the symbol in the air with your palm outstretched, repeat the words, “Hon sha ze sho nen” and draw the other two symbols, also repeating the name three times. Then proceed with the session. If you do not have verbal permission close your eyes, bring yourself to a peaceful state and ask psychically for permission. You will usually get a definite yes or no.

If the answer is No, do not proceed with the session.

If you do not get an answer you can send the energy with the clear intent that it be accepted by free will only.  Intend that if the energy is not accepted by the person you are sending it to, it will be recycled to someone else who needs it or the Planet Earth.

After you have asked permission and received it, I ask Archangel Michael to be present. I ask him to protect the session against any energy, that might try and interfere with it.

I also request that the Archangel cut any energy cords, aetheric cords, or cords of any type that may have attached to the recipient. The intent of the cords is to drain energy from whoever they are attached to. At the other end they are attached to a person, who rather like a leach is taking the energy, and asking for more.

I then ask the Archangel to fill the recipient with his bright white light and surround them with his protective energy.

Then, draw all three symbols and repeat the words three times, you can then proceed to the session. This can be done two ways:

•          See the person in front of you either standing or lying down on a table and move your hands down the body as in a regular hands-on session most recommended

•          See the person as being very small and fitting within your hands as you visualize Reiki energy passing from your hands to areas healing is required

After completing your distance session, visualize your client as being whole and complete and free of whatever problems they were experiencing.

See them as rested, relaxed and pain free.

Patience

They say, Patience is a Virtue. It is a virtue that is increasingly being forgotten in this world. When you look at job postings, they all emphasize that the job, the company is fast paced and by implication, don’t apply if you cannot keep up. Yet, I never see a job description for a company that operates at a sensible pace and that you will not be worn out and frazzled at the end of the day.

Newspapers are getting thinner, and with less sections. News that once took days to be gathered, reported on, printed, and distributed can now be seen live on TV. If a news program takes less than a few minutes to report on a topic, it is ignored and gone. There is no patience for a more in-depth analysis. If there is no analysis, we do not have the full picture, we do not have the information we require to be able to develop our own opinions.

We are no longer informed and we no longer have balance in the opinions and statements we make because we have not slowed down enough to give ourselves the time, we need to make them.

Our lack of patience extends to just about everything else we encounter. The person at the cashier at the gas station. There is only one cashier because it is assumed that transaction will be completed quickly. If transactions are completed quickly, only one cashier will be employed. So, when a person is having a problem with the passcode on their credit card, a line up quickly forms. Frustration mounts.

All of a sudden everyone involved is annoyed and some are becoming aggressive. Our egoic mind that loves to dwell on problems, errors, frustrations and anger sweeps into action to magnify and amplify what it perceives to be wrong.

Take a moment to diffuse what is happening inside of you and look at life through the moment. Be in the moment. Enjoy the things around you. The sun is out and the weather is mild and nice for the time of year. A lot of effort has gone to getting you where you are today, waiting to be served at the gas station. Breakfast, fresh clothes, you arrived at the gas station free form accident and your car is running well.

There is a lot for you to be pleased about, happy even. The moment when the sun warms you, is a wonderful experience to be cherished and thankful for. Take a moment to thank your angels and guides for being with you and brining you to this moment so you cane experience all that is good.

Be patient with the person at the cashier having problems with their passcode. In the past, that has been you and may yet be again sometime in the future. Of course, your egoic mind says it will not be because you have your pass codes sensibly stored… bit perhaps in the future you may forget this and still have problems.

Use Reiki to help you disengage the egoic mind that is behind so much instability, fear, worry, and doubt. Take some time at the start of each day to separate yourself from that part of you that is annoyed the coffee maker is not brewing as fast as it did yesterday. Separate yourself from the fear, worry, and doubt that you have for the day ahead.

Breath deeply, calm yourself you have not even left the house yet and you are worried about what you will say at work or what will be said to you. This will energize you. The egoic mind not only worries about things it, and you cannot change it saps your energy and reduces your ability to be in the moment. It deprives you of seeing, experiencing and appreciating all that is good and rich and enjoyable around you.

As you experience this change in you, appreciate all that is available to you, just “smell the roses.”

At the end of the day, take time to release everything that has happened to you today. Most important disengage from the egoic mind. The day is past, you cannot change it, stopping the egoic mind form churning, on and on about what happened will not change anything, just, deplete you. Release everything and replace it with peace and quiet. If you are attuned, the Reiki Energy symbol Chu Kho Rei will add energy and dynamism to the release. Draw it on the palm of your hand or with your finger in the air in front of you. Let it help you be patient with yourself and the people, things, and events around you.

Let the universe know that you are OK, and that you are grateful for Reiki and that it is the universal life energy; it is the universe in the simplest and most elemental form. If you are attuned to Reiki, you will already be aware of this, if you are not yet attuned, now is the time to book a Reiki Session. It may not be in person because of the COVID pandemic, but a remote Reiki session is just as valuable. Just as effective. Embrace Reiki.

Vision Board

A vision board is a creative way to visualize the things you desire to manifest in your life.

Over the years I have created many vision boards, including ones that are text only. The intention behind the board is that creating or writing out what you want to manifest is a way of reinforcing your desires and communicating with your angels and guides as to what it is your need or want.

In the past I have created vision boards where the three big desires, health, wealth, and happiness are each described separately.

For example, I envisaged wealth as a pot of gold, and where do you find post of gold usually? At the end of a rainbow. So, I found images of rainbows and pots of gold, I even printed out the claim form of a lottery corporation and put them all together on my vision board.

For health I printed out pictures of myself when I was a lot lighter heavy and in better health. I looked at You Tube videos and wished to have good health to walk long distances to photograph landscapes.

For happiness, I decided that meant a female companion and printed images of women that stood in place for a style or type that I felt I could live and like as a companion.

The images were all glossy, clean and I have a magnetic clip board so I could put them up in combinations that seemed to speak my needs and intentions.

The images were all separated, the interconnection between them was lost. Wealth would give the house, condo, or physical space I needed but being healthy would help me enjoy it and much more to. I needed the companion to change physical space in to a home.

I rearranged the pictures so they were closer together, but there was still nothing that showed how one would work with another. The companion was not linked to the space I wanted to manifest and health remained separate as well.

My most recent vision board has no immaculate images, it is all on one large sheet of paper, and rather than pictures of rainbows and pots of gold, or pictures of me from history when I was fit and healthy, or ideal women who may not look like the one my angels have aligned for me, the drawings are simple stick figures and shapes.

As I drew each for my vision board I realized there were smaller things that needed to be included. With a companion I can take a much needed and better holiday than going on my own, or with friends I am not connected to. The relationship is now not an idealized version, or even someone I know. She is someone I am vacationing with and I accept that I have not met her yet and have no preconception of what she will look like, be like. We are shown as being happy together.

I drew a circle around each and showed how each connected to the other and those all connected to something else, rather like laces that close a shoe, the connections closed the small and big pictures into a whole.

I appear in each circle as a simple stick figure with the word ‘Happy’ next to me.

Things like health are indicated by simple words, ‘fit, trim, and healthy.’ The earlier board with images of me as I was in the past did not represent the now or the future. I am not interested I trying to relive or recreate an old me, I am interested in the new me that will come into existence.

The vision board in the end should not be perfect it is the unexpected that brings amazing things to our lives. The risk of a perfect vision board is that what we receive may not match what we see on the wall. We are disappointed because life did not live up to a perfect image and we may ignore what we are given.

Add title

Kundalini is energy. It is dormant at the bottom of the spine, in the Root Chakra until awakened. It has been there since birth as one of the gifts people receive.

Kundalini awakening offers a profound opportunity for those called to follow a spiritual path.  It gradually releases many patterns, conditions and delusions of the separate self.  It can be threatening to the ego-structure because a person may feel a loss of interest in their old life and identity, and consciousness may go into unfamiliar expansive or empty states that are disorienting.  It also makes people who are unfamiliar with it afraid they are ill or losing their minds. So, understanding it is important.[2]

Once awakened it travels up the central Nadi – also called Sushumna, alongside or inside of the spine, it depends on the awakening and the individual. As it travels, the energy flows through each Chakra generating various levels of mystical experience for the individual. When it reaches the Crown Chakra, a change in consciousness, some say profound change, takes place. The awakened person may use the brain to transmute the energy into the highest form of energy called ‘Ojas’.

Dumo is the Tibetan Master Symbol. It represents the swirling fiery heat of the kundalini. Dumo or Dumo fire is the heat which ascends over the spine as a result of kundalini awakening. The unification of mind and body produce the emanation of heat. Heat is the lowest range of vibrations, radiating out to produce form or body.

It ignites the Sacred flame or kundalini fire. As kundalini is awakened and ascends up the central channel, it revitalizes and energizes the centre of each chakra, purifying the astral channels related to each of the chakras.

Dumo unifies the mind and body and works with the fire in the base chakra. It rapidly travels from the healer’s brain/hand to the area of the receiver’s body where it is most needed.

Reversing the spiral in the Dumo Fire Symbol to clockwise direction, starting at the base, inner Ki expands to connect with Ki beyond the body. When the expansion is complete, the direction automatically reverses bringing Ki within. A spiral creates a vortex that intensifies the energy. It pulls negative energy and disease out of the body and releases it and heals the soul.

It can be used on crystals, asking the stones to self-clear henceforth and forever

Use when making flower or gem elixirs; add Dumo Symbol and Power Symbol to the water while they are infusing in the sun

Kundalini Energy

Its focus is healing

Can also be used in the attunement process with Violet Breath.

Yoga

There are two important paradigms in Yoga, it is much more than exercise classes at the gym or Yoga studio. Sadly, this is the point of contact for many people who see it as nothing more than exercises that increase flexibility and for a relaxing in a stress free, instructor led environment.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.

Yoga is one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy.

There are a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga [physical practice] and Rāja yoga [yoga philosophy].

There is a strong yogic tradition in Buddhism which, for centuries, has been uninterrupted and practiced according to the Buddha’s teachings. The Buddha himself was a great Yogi, disseminating yogic teachings for forty-five years.  Yoga and Buddhism have the same spiritual root which focuses on inner practices to attain the highest wisdom through Samadhi. The Buddhist practitioner finds Yogic influences in Buddhist practices; likewise, the Yogic practitioner will find elements of the Buddha Dharma in their practices.

The adoption of Buddhism as the state religion of Tibet allowed it to embrace many shamanistic traditions. Due to their mastery of trance states, Tibetan Bonpo shamans were healers and guides for the soul at death. The term “Shenpo” may have originally been used to designate shamans, in distinction from magicians and priests. “Bonpo” originally meant someone who invoked the gods and summoned the spirits. Exploring trance states allowed them to discover spiritual treasures that would benefit the community. These native shamans performed exorcisms, and worked to free humans from demonic influences, such as diseases, which were viewed as being caused by demons and hostile spirits. Many of the colorful aspects of Tibetan Buddhism, such as magic, mantras, various devotional offerings, and the worship of gods

Your Past

Your Past. If you have you date, time and place of birth you have all you need to fix your emergence into the world. Your astrology chart can be drawn up, and you can get advice from a Tarot reader or medium.

With equal certainty, from the moment of your birth, the events, people, and decisions you make will affect your life. But more than what you do in this life, what happened in past lives comes forward like a swift breeze to spice your life with consequences from your past life decisions. This is called Karma, the sum of past life good and bad that this life, in part is to deal with.

Karma calls on us to acknowledge what we have not learned from past lives and engage with those lessons and learn the lessons we need to in this life.

If we feel we have blocks to our goals and life, we can find the answer in decisions we have made in this life and also lessons not learned in past lives. We need to be at peace with this. We need to identify what lessons we have to learn and what blocks we have created for ourselves in this life. Once we have done this, we can move forward.

The best way to be at peace with the lessons we need to learn and the consequences of our actions in this life is to sit quietly and meditate. Clear our mind of the worries, doubts and fears our busy mind creates. The busy mind is itself a block to our growth and acceptance and resolution of past life lessons and what is happening to us in this life.

Take a moment to shut yourself off from the unruly world that is always pressing in on us with demands for our attention. You need time for yourself. To be yourself.

One of the pressures of this world is conformity to ideas beliefs that are not part of our reason for being. As the universe gives us gifts to help and guide us, being accepting of them. You need a car, not necessarily a particular car. Appreciate the car you have.

After you have quietened down and shed these negative thoughts and feelings, take a sheet of paper and just write, write whatever comes into your mind. This is automatic writing, your guides and spirits and writing through on to the paper so you will have something too read. It is information you need to know. Use one page for what you feel are your blocks in this life. On another sheet of paper, think of the larger things that are affecting your existence.

For example, on the first sheet of paper. The sheet where you describe the blocks in your life you might write that you feel blocked form promotion or new opportunities at work. Next to this, describe why you feel blocked. If you feel someone is always getting acknowledgment not because of their work but because of the way they h behave to management, think about whether this is behaviour you could adopt? If it is not, then it is not the reason for your being blocked, look for another, perhaps it is training, a skill set you are missing. If it is, how can you achieve this? If you are attuned to Reiki, draw the Reiki power symbol, Chu Ku Rei To give energy and action to the words to take action to change your circumstances. Run your fingers over the page where you have written the words and believe in the action you are about to undertake.

On the other sheet of paper, you will have larger life issues, these are the things that have come through our Karma into this life. If our relationships with loved ones is poor, let your mind flow freely to sense the source of this from your Karma.

Relationship problems can be the result of past beliefs and behaviors. In a past life you may have taken a vow of chastity, or, lived a chaste life believing this to be your life’s purpose. In this life, the vows and life style have no value. They have no value because you need free will to change your life, or, possibly renew them. But first, release them.

If you are attuned to Reiki, use the Reiki power symbol, Chu Ku Rei To give energy and action to the words to release past vows of celibacy and chasteness. As you speak the words, run your fingers over them and believe in their value and that they will change existence and the relationships you form from now on.

I renounce my vow of celibacy!

IN THIS life I am free to be in a loving relationship. IN THIS life I am aligned to receive love and be loved.

IN THIS life I am partnered in a loving, reciprocal relationship and free of any and all karma

that may have been holding me back. With this energy, I go forward!

Continue to sit quietly to see if there are other memories or information to write down. Close your session by drawing Chu Ku Rei at the bottom of each piece of paper. Fold the papers up and put them away. You will want to come back to them a few weeks from now.

At that time, you will repeat the session, only if you have already written down what is coming to you, concentrate on the action that will make it easier for you to move on. You may want to burn this paper, or shred it. But, repeat the exercise three months from this moment, you may be surprised at the power and strength Reiki has added to your desires and feelings to move on by removing blockages in this life.

Full Moon Healing

Full Moon and Healing

We have looked at special events and power associated with the New Moon. Let’s look now at how a Full Moon can magnify healing energy.

The lunar cycle is every 29.5 days. Google the lunar cycle to see where you are in terms of the current cycle. Ideally, being close to the New Moon is best for this exercise. The New Moon, New things, New Hopes, New wishes. The full moon brings new wishes and hopes to fruition.

Vector Illustration of Informative Chart of Monthly Moon Cycle

The moon is important. The moon is the light that made the night livable for the ancients, the nightly plunge into darkness was not so scary with the moon to shine down and illuminate the land. Over time, rituals and beliefs became associated with the Moon in its own right. Where it was in the sky, what phase of the moon all helped describe the progress of days, weeks, and a month. Astrology and the beginnings of astronomy soon took over as the human mind expanded and experimented with the way the world and the heavens worked.

The sun is too bright to look at unless you are looking at sunrise or sunset, but even then, you cannot look at it much after or before the final few minutes. This in part is why Druids and other ancient religions marked the Summer and Winter Solstices, at dawn, not Midday.

The new moon historically has been a time to look forward to new opportunities, new manifestation and new intentions. It has been a time to look backwards and discard what is not working, what has passed the part it is to play in your life.

A full moon is all the energy of a new moon come to fruition. Now is the time to join with that energy to let it magnify Reiki energy and help others.

Whether they be clients, loved ones, or pets. Now is the time during the month when they can each be helped the most. Oh, and don’t forget yourself. A self-Reiki session is as important as what you do for others. So, let’s get to it!

Ideally you should be attuned to reiki at the Master/teacher level. But even Level 1 Attunement brings benefits to those we provide energy to.

If you can sit outside, at night, facing the Full moon you will receive the most energy from the moon. Consider its shape and color of its reflected light. That reflected light is from the sun.

We cannot look at the sun during the day, it is too bright and it would damage our eyes. But at night, especially with a full moon, we can look at the light of the sun as it is reflected.

Close your eyes and start a regular remote Reiki Session.

Ask Archangel Michael to protect the session from any spiritual interference.

Use the distance symbol – Hunshazishuneen – pronounced “Hahn Sha Zay Show Neen.” This symbol carries the meaning of “The Divine Power in me greets the Divine Power in you to promote enlightenment and peace”. The direct translation is “The Buddha in me sees the Buddha in you”. This symbol transmits Reiki across distance, space and time and is used primarily for distance healing.

Ask the angels, archangels and guides of the person you are conducting the session for to join your session. They should be asked to join with your own angels, archangels and guides.

Start with Cord Cutting. There is no one better than Archangel Michael to do this. Ask him to cut any cords attached to the recipient of this session and for him to fill the person with his Pure White Light and surround them with his protective energy.

Continue channeling Reiki energy and also channeling the energy you are receiving from the full moon. Consider anything special about the recipient’s physical needs, emotional needs.

Sei He Ki – the mental and emotional symbol Sehekey pronounced “Say He Key” is used for mental healing, accessing the subconscious and calming the mind. The translations mean “as above, so below” and represents Divine Source and human coming together. The use of this symbol is to address the emotional component behind physical diseases or energy blocks. Especially important in this time of COVID-19 to lift their worries, doubts and fears.

Finally, if your Reiki guides tell you there I nothing else to do for the recipient, close the session with the Reiki Power symbol Chokurey. Chokurey pronounced “Cho-koo-ray” is used to increase power.  The symbol means “current” and the symbol and its related words make a statement to the universe:  “Put the Power Here”.

The translation for Chokurey means “command to the universal life energy”.  The symbol draws energy around you and brings it to focus where you want it. The symbols should be made quite large with your palm over the recipient and then repeat silently the word ‘Chokurey’ three times. You can repeat the command while making the symbol or after you have completed it.

Chokurey is a curving sword, which makes space by penetrating nothingness and filling it with spirit or power. It is the great accelerator which directs and focuses power wherever used, repeating the work Chokurey increases the power.

Finally, as you invited the recipient’s angels, archangels and guides to join us, we must now send them back to the person we are conducting the session for.

If you are at the end of the remote sessions, and your own! Now is the time to thank Archangel Michael for his protection and help.

I would spend a few minutes studying and reflecting on the Moon and the light it sheds on us when it is full and tank it also for the added potency it has provided to our session.
